Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 16, 2025

Thank you for shopping with Runic 3D Printing LLC. Because every item we sell is made to order and handcrafted in our workshop, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through runicprinting.com are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size or color expectations
• Items purchased as gifts
• Products that have been used, worn, or displayed

Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of every piece we produce. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue monetary refunds, even for damaged items.

Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Runic Printing is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered), contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.

Custom & Commission Orders
Custom and commission orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun. Please review all order details carefully before confirming a custom order.

Order Cancellations
Because production begins promptly after an order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible if the item has not yet entered production.
