Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order from Runic 3D Printing LLC. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your handcrafted products.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with a non-US shipping address will be cancelled.

Production Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary depending on:

β€’ Current order volume
β€’ Custom or commission orders (may require additional time)

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of the package.

β€’ Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
β€’ Priority / Expedited: 2–4 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders β€” check the banner at the top of the site for current promotions.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. Runic Printing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If tracking confirms the package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates.
